Since lunch started so late, we will let the students stay outside a few extra minutes. We will bring them back in at 11:49. We will take a few minutes away from 5th period and keep the bell schedule the same.

Taste of Trinity is tonight from 6:00-8:30 in the gym. Use the main school entrance. Food and raffle tickets will be on sale at the door. We can't wait to see you there!
Taste of Trinity is about 30 hours away. Ticket sales have been back and forth all day. 7th grade has taken a narrow lead over 6th. There is still time to bring in food and raffle tickets before 3:45 today to count toward the incentives.
Food and Raffle tickets will be available at the door tomorrow starting at 6:00pm.
We also have several volunteer spots available. We can't wait to see you tomorrow night.

Taste of Trinity is just 48 hours away. 8th grade has retaken the lead in food ticket sales. For ticket sales to count toward incentives, they must be turned into the office by 3:45 tomorrow.
Raffle ticket sales have been going well. Remember we are asking all families to sell 5 sheets of raffle tickets.
We will continue to sell food and raffle tickets at the door Saturday.

Taste of Trinity is one week from tonight! It's the best food night of the year in Fort Smith. One week left to sell food tickets and 50/50 raffle tickets. We are asking each family to sell 5 sheets of raffle tickets.
You can start turning in money and sold tickets Monday morning.
FYI: The 8th Grade Awards Ceremony is Sunday, May 18th at 5:00. 8th Grade Graduation has been rescheduled for Monday, May 19th at 6:00.
Parents, please check your email to confirm your EFA was complete and verified. You should have a recent email from FACTS telling you if it was verified or if you needed more documentation.
If you need assistance please contact the office Friday. Period one for EFA closes tomorrow.

Night two of parent teacher conferences will then be from 2:00-5:30. Please make sure to come get your students report card and talk with a few teachers. You will also get your Taste of Trinity food tickets and raffle tickets. See you tomorrow!
Just a reminder, if you need parent volunteer hours, send 3 reams of white copy paper with your student Thursday or Friday and you will receive one parent hour. You can earn up to 3 parent hours total. Make sure to write your students name on the paper or box so we can give you the credit. We will take paper thru Friday this week.
Taste Trinity food and raffle ticket sales forms will be going home with report cards this week.
We are having a contest between the grades for the most food ticket sales. The highest selling grade will receive a free dress day. Students must sell at least one ticket to qualify.
This year we will also have a 50/50 raffle. Raffle tickets are $2 or 12 for $20. We are asking each family to sell five sheets. Students that sell two sheets will receive a free dress day, four sheets sold will receive a sonic drink and students selling all five sheets will be put in a drawing for $100 CASH!!! For each additional sheet the student will get their name added to the cash drawing. The student with the top raffle ticket sales in each grade will receive a free dress week.
The more raffle tickets sold the higher the prize money! The maximum prize possible for the 50/50 is $5,000.
Early dismissal today at 1:30. Parent teacher conferences will be from 2:00-5:30. No scheduled times, drop in, get your students 3rd quarter report card in the lobby, then meet with any teachers.
