Parent volunteer opportunity at Trinity! We are in need of a few volunteers to help with vision and hearing screenings Friday morning. If you could assist or have questions, please the office 479-782-2451.
Future Buff day is this Thursday from 8:30-2:30. If you know of any 5th,6th or 7th grade students(not currently attending a Catholic School) that may be interested in attending and learning more about Trinity, please have them call the Trinity office at 479-782-2451.

8th grade night for basketball, cheer and dance will be Tuesday Jan 21st. Exact times and details will be sent out later in the week.
School will resume tomorrow. Please drop your students off at the main entrance or the lower parking lot walkway. Do not let students out at the gym.
There could be a few slick spots early tomorrow and we want to make sure everyone is safe coming into school. We ask that you tell your students not to get in the snow or ice as they exit your vehicles tomorrow morning.

Two reminders:
1. Lunch on Monday and Thursday will be different due to Future Buffs Day. Monday lunch will be Raising Canes and Thursday will be Genos.
2. Vision & hearing screenings will be held on January 17, 2024 for 6th and 8th grade students only. If you do not want your child to participate in these screenings, you must send a written note to the office explaining the reason for refusing participation. If your child wears glasses, please be sure he/she brings them to school this day. If you have any questions re: these screenings, please feel free to contact the school nurse.
Following with FSPS, Trinity Catholic will be closed tomorrow, January 9th, due to weather. Stay warm!

As we enter the time of year when inclement weather is most likely, we want to remind everyone about our snow day policies.
This year, we have two traditional "snow days" built into the calendar. These days allow for closures without the need for AMI or makeup days—just like the snow days many of us remember!
After those two days, we will begin AMI days.
In the event of a closure, we will notify families through text, email, social media, and website updates as soon as a decision is made. If Fort Smith Public Schools are closed, Trinity will be closed as well.
